Puppies need a balanced diet consisting of high-quality dry puppy food. Pay attention to the marking "for puppies" on the food packaging. If you decide to feed your puppy natural foods, consult your veterinarian about the right diet.

Puppies up to a year should be fed more often than adult dogs. In the first weeks of their life, it is recommended to feed puppies up to 4-5 times a day. Gradually reduce the number of feeding times, moving to feeding 3 times a day closer to 3-4 months of age.

The amount of food that should be given to puppies depends on their breed, size and weight. Follow your veterinarian's recommendations or the instructions on the feed package. In the case of feeding natural products, consider the weight and activity of the puppy.
